With the ErrorTabulator
and support staff, this module does the nuts and bolts of computing a
sum-of-squared-error fitness metric SSE.
The SSE indicates how close a particular combination of component values
and device parameters functions compared to the circuit's stated goals. See
ErrorTabulator.add
for a discussion of goals and the different forms they can take.
