pingspice.test.circuit.testbase.MockSpecs(object) class documentation

I load attributes from specs-NMOS.dat (N-channel) or specs-PMOS.dat (P-channel). These test files ship with the pingspice package and can be updated by uncommenting analysis.param.PICKLE_PATH.
